This Sauvignon Blanc reflects its origins just a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean in the Casablanca Valley with fresh citrus, mineral and green herb aromas together with a juicy, elegant palate. Ideal to drink on its own or paired with light dishes or appetizers.
One dish in particular that pairs beautifully with this wine is baby mussels in salsa verde. Cono Sur designed this recipe because of the flawless complement between the sea salt in the mussels and the mineral notes in the wine. Additionally, the citrus flavors in the salsa verde mimic and enhance the citrus fruit notes in the Sauvignon Blanc.
