Fresh through and through, the cooling effect begins with a crisp, translucent pink colour, with bluish and violet tones; the perfect facade for a young, elegant and full of life wine. The nose is intensely aromatic, with notes of ripe berries and cherries. In mouth it’s refreshing, smooth, elegant, tasty and savoury. Our Rosé is a great choice as an aperitif.

Food Pairing

Rosé wines are known for their great pairing abilities, a trait that is especially true of Merlot Rosé, a very versatile wine that will be equally happy to constitute a delicious and fresh aperitif, or to complement all kinds of salads, cold meats, carpaccio or cebiche. In white meats, try it with turkey, chicken or -strongly suggested- duck. On an informal note, it goes very well with all kinds of pizzas and in the ethnic-cuisines realm, it prefers oriental. Finally, it’s a great option for accompanying desserts, especially those made with fruits like strawberries and raspberries.
