Organic Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has been made from grapes grown organically, what has been certified by BCS Öeko Garantie GmbH, reflects the spirit of our farm workers pedalling their way to the Cono Sur vineyards every day. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity. This Chardonnay is undoubtedly young and friendly.

Food Pairing

This wine goes great with dishes prepared with a wide array of herbs. It’s an excellent choice for all sorts of fish, especially sole and salmon. It’s also ideal to serve next to vegetable soups (like pistachio, or zucchini), and desserts prepared with passion fruit.
