Organic Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc made from grapes grown organically, what has been certified by BCS Öeko Garantie GmbH, carries the spirit of our farm workers pedalling their way to the Cono Sur vineyards every day. Young and fresh, this wine has a nice a bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish. Overall, this is an expressive, refreshing, delicate, juicy and balanced Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine is one of the best options to serve as an aperitif or accompanying artichoke dips, vegetarian dishes, seafood, chicken, yoghurt and citric sauces, dry fruits, and mild cheeses. It also goes great with all sorts of soups and sushi.
