Chardonnay

Chardonnay

Beautiful yellow with green tones, It’s a very distinctive and tasty wine, delicate but one of the easiest to recognize. Flavourful with a smooth palate.

Main descriptors

Green apple, citrus fruits like lemon and tangerine, peach, melon and tropical fruits; cream, and dry fruits.

Food Pairing

It’s a well-liked aperitif. It’s also good for naturally oily and/or white meats: duck, pork, lamb, salmon; the simpler their cooking, the better. It’s good to pair with creamy pastas, and the following cheeses: Bel Paese, mild Cheddar, Gruyere, goat cheese, Parmesan and Provolone.
