A bright and unique Gewürztraminer from Casablanca valley, which because of its closeness to the Pacific Ocean, is a suited origin for cold climate varieties. This is a complex, rich and intensely aromatic wine, whose nose is elegant and fruity, with strong flower notes. In mouth it’s sophisticated and creamy, with complex litchee flavours, stone fruits and a soft mineral ending.

Food Pairing

Our Reserva Gewürztraminer is a great option to serve chilled as an aperitif or to complement delicate-flavoured shellfish, oriental dishes, bittersweet combinations and desserts. A great combination is tempura shrimps with bittersweet sauce, served next to sweet potatoes.
