Cono Sur Reserva Pinot Noir 2007
“Cono Sur is my favourite source of good-value Pinot and this one is becoming more serious as the vines age. Match this with French Brie.”

Reserva Pinot Noir 2008
This is a very expressive, friendly and voluptuous Pinot Noir from Casablanca Valley, which has been distinguished for its outstanding aromatics qualities. Crisp, distinct notes of plum, morello cherry and raspberry combine harmonically with subtler floral, coffee and chocolate hints. Expressive, balanced and pleasantly lingering.
Food Pairing
We recommend serving our Reserva Pinot Noir slightly chilled. It’s an ideal wine to pair with white meats, cold cuts, and medium-bodied cheeses. Also, almost any dish prepared with mushrooms is a good choice. A few general suggestions are sushi, salmon Carpaccio, pork and homemade pastas.
