Reserva Viognier

Rich and friendly golden yellow Viognier from Chile’s Colchagua Valley, it stands out for its notes of white peach and ripe apricot kernel, highlighted by a refreshing mixture of citrics and toasted oak notes due to the six months 40% of the blend spent in barrels. In mouth this Viognier is elegant, fresh and balanced, with nice and complex fruity notes, lovely acidity and a refreshing mineral ending.

Food Pairing

This is a great wine to serve chilled and pair with light spicy dishes, seafood, white meats, salads and fruit-based desserts. A few vegetarian dishes that go great with our Reserva Viognier are vegetable or pumpkin soup, celery potato with mayonnaise and parsley, and artichoke omelette.
