This wine impresses with its bright and vivid ruby red colour, with gleaming hues. Intense notes of fresh red fruit are the starting point to an aromatically filled nose. Afterwards, soft notes of plum and light touches of chocolate can be appreciated. This Rosé’s palate is quite fresh, juicy and crisp. Round and sweet-toothed at the end.

Food Pairing

This Carmenere Rosé is a great choice as an aperitif. Serve it next to condiment dry fruits like almonds, and soft cheeses. It can also enhance salads with citric sauces and garlic, as well as cold bittersweet meats.
