Fresh, elegant and aromatically intense, this wine is everything a good Pinot Noir should be. Dressed in a beautiful, bright ruby red colour, it comes from the Colchagua Valley. Fruit notes of cherry, ripe strawberry, cherry and raspberry combine with hints of chocolate and coffee. In mouth it’s silky, full, structured, and persistent, with fruity notes and soft tannins.

Food Pairing

Due to its versatility, Pinot Noir is a natural choice for some of the latest culinary trends. This is a wine that will make any white meat look good; also soups, stews and flavourful fish dishes. It’s a good alternative to serve with dishes such as roast pork with onions and apples, fillet steak with sautéed vegetables, grilled salmon with curry and ginger, and leek tart. As far as cheeses are concerned, Gouda and goat cheese are a great choice.
