This Syrah comes from very challenging stony slopes, where yields are naturally restricted and the standard daytime high temperatures and cool nights boost fruit quality. A structured and concentrated wine, handsome in its bright, clean, deep red-purple colour. Clean and intense, this Syrah reveals notes of cherry with spicy hints of chocolate and mocha, which mingle in with soft and elegant floral notes like violets. In mouth, black cherry notes, enriched by coffee and chocolate touches. A complex wine of excellent texture.

Food Pairing

Our Visión Single Vineyard Syrah is a great option for all sorts of meats, especially game, fillet medallion, and lamb osso buco. It goes great with Spanish paella, spicy dishes and black beans soup. Finally, if you’re going for cheese and wine, go for Parmesan, Goat cheese, along with cold cuts.
