Bright and crisp, this is a wine of great intensity and aromatic persistence. Citrus notes of grapefruit against a mineral background are enhanced by soft traces of green herbs. Great aperitif wine or an excellent option to accompany light first courses, ideally green salads or seafood. It also complements well white meats, light sauces and vegetarian dishes, such as a vegetarian loaf or lasagne.
