Complex and delicate black fruit and white flower aromas, together with violet notes, combine harmonically with sweet spices and chocolate. In mouth it shows intense sweet fruit, elegance, rich texture and concentrated flavours. This amazing Pinot Noir has very soft tannins, a great structure and a rich and long lasting ending.

Food Pairing

This wine is a perfect companion for red meats, poultry, duck and mature cheeses. It’s an excellent option to serve next to Easter Island tuna fish, or different kinds of rice, such us risottos or sushi. Cheese-wise, the white ripe ones like Brie are a great choice.
