Delicate and elegant, it’s a good pair for caviar, foie gras, smoked salmon, almost every all types of shellfish, and white meats. It’s also great with oriental dishes, ideally Thai, and sweet and sour recipes. Riesling likes mild cheeses such as Colby, Edam or Gouda.
