Cono Sur Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Reserva Especial
Sauvignon Blanc
The strong Pacific Ocean influence and red clayish soils concur to foster this refreshing, crisp, pale yellow-green wine. In nose, fine citric notes of grapefruit combine with green apples and white peaches. It’s a fresh and delicate Sauvignon Blanc, with a crisp and balanced mouth and a very pleasant minerality.
Food Pairing
Serve chilled as an aperitif or to complement salads, seafood, sushi and light hors d’oeuvres. It’s a great choice to serve next to soups like sweet corn cream, or cold cucumber soup. Dishes like meagre with sautéed vegetables, seafood salad, calamari risotto and salmon pasta are always welcome.
