Fruit Salad with Mint and Sugared Queso Fresco
Procesar el queso fresco con la ayuda de una minipimer o cualquier procesador de alimentos.
Make Little balls about 2cm in diameter and set aside.
Slice both the figs and strawberries in half and add them to a bowl. Pour fresh orange juice over them and let marinate for several minutes.
Put the sugar on a plate and roll the queso fresco balls in it so they are covered.
Serve the queso fresco over the fruit and add the blueberries and mint.
200 grams of strawberries
100 grams of blueberries
4 mint leaves julienned
Juice of ½ an orange
150 grams of queso fresco
100 grams of sugar
