Green Apple and Oatmeal Crumble with Nuts and Toffee Sauce



Peel the apples and put them in a glass dish, approximately 15 cm X 20 cm. Then add the oatmeal, butter and sugar. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °c.

For the toffee sauce, caramelize the sugar in a skillet and then add the cream, butter and clove. Boil until it has a sauce-like consistency.
Present each crumble portion with the toffee sauce, nuts, grinded meringue and a few berries with a mint leaf for decoration.
