CUCUMBER SNACKS WITH SMOKED SALMON, DILL CREAM CHEESE AND GRILLED CHIVES

This New Year’s Eve, prepare a great dinner to enjoy with friends and family. Therefore, a good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a delicious recipe to pair with Cono Sur’s Sauvignon Blanc.

 

Ingredients:

230 gr of cream cheese

1 sliced cucumber

85 gr of smoked salmon

1 tablespoon fresh or dried dill

Chives (white part) cut in half

Pepper

 

Preparation:

In a bowl mix cream cheese, dill and pepper. Reserve.

Then, in a frying pan, grill the chives with olive oil.

Put upon the cocktail teaspoons, the cream cheese mixture, mix the grilled chives and over them twist the salmon and cucumber. Put on Garnish with sprouts and kumquat and voilà!
