Bicicleta Pairing - Roast beef with cranberry sauce and grilled asparagus

This New Year's Eve, prepare a great dinner to enjoy with friends and family. Therefore, a good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a delicious recipe to pair with Bicicleta Cabernet Sauvignon. Ingredients:  1 kg of filet or seat 3 tablespoons mustard 1 and a half tablespoons of pepper 1 tablespoon garlic powder ½ tablespoon of salt Preparation:  Top with mustard, salt, garlic powder, pepper and then we will brush all over the filet. Rest for 20 min.  Heat a frying pan with olive oil and seal the filet on all sides.  Put the sealed meat in a suitable oven dish and take it to a preheated oven for 15 min at 200 degrees.  Get out of the oven and let rest for about 40 min appx and cut into thin sheets!  Accompany with grilled asparagus and a cranberry sauce Enjoy with a glass of...

Organic Pairing - New Year's ⁠Brusquettes

This New Year's Eve, prepare a great dinner to enjoy with friends and family. Therefore, a good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a great recipe to pair with Cono Sur Chardonnay. Ingredients:  1 baguette 1 cream cheese 3 peaches 2 tablespoons of honey Rosemary to decorate 1 box of cherry tomatoes 1 handful of basil 2 garlic cloves Salt Olive oil   Preparation:  Cut the cherry tomatoes in 4 Chop the garlic and basil and season with salt and oil. Organic Pairing - Stuffed aubergines with couscous, pesto and yogurt sauce

Christmas is almost here, a time of celebration in which people usually are gathered together to have a great Christmas dinner together. A good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a delicious Christmas recipe to pair with Cono Sur Organic Cabernet Sauvignon-Carmenere-Syrah. Ingredients:  4 aubergines 2 cups of cooked couscous Diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow) ½ avocado 10 cherry tomatoes ½ red onion in cubes cilantro olive oil paprika salt pepper lemon 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt Preparation:  Cut the aubergines in half (they must be smooth and shiny so they are not bitter).  Spray them with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper,  and put them in the oven for about 15 min.  Cook the couscous in a dish with red and green peppers cut into cubes, cubed...
