Viña Cono Sur receives outstanding scores in the Chile Special Report 2026 by Tim Atkin MW
Renowned British critic Tim Atkin annually evaluates the country’s leading producers, recognizing quality, consistency, and a strong sense of origin. Within the 20 Barrels range, Pinot Noir 2023 achieved 94 points, a score that reaffirms the winery’s leadership in this variety, while Sauvignon Blanc 2025 and Syrah 2022 obtained 93 points each.Single Vineyard Riesling 2025, sourced from the Bío Bío Valley, stood out with 94 points, demonstrating excellence in crafting white wines of remarkable freshness and aromatic expression. Cono Sur presents successful Masterclass with The Drinks Business in Tokyo
As part of its fine wines strategy, Viña Cono Sur carried out a successful tour across key Asian markets: Japan, South Korea, and China.The masterclass—organized in collaboration with the renowned British media outlet The Drinks Business—was led by Matías Ríos, Cono Sur’s Director of Winemaking, alongside Noriko Nakamura, a prominent figure in the world of wine and Champagne Personality of the Year 2024.
